At JB Gifts and Novelties Ltd. customer satisfaction is our priority number one. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.


If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please follow these easy steps to return your item for return or exchange.

A. Please contact JB Gifts and Novelties to return a defective item for credit or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 30 days of purchase. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement.

B. Simply email us at info@jbgiftsandnovelties.com at our friendly Customer Service Dept. to explain the reason for the return. We will give you more instructions on how to proceed (address, packaging, etc.). Items that are not damaged can be returned and the refund will be applied once returned and received.

C. For Larger Items: In the case of larger items, after contacting  our Customer Service Dept., you may be required to wait until you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For RMA’s, all is required is to apply a label on the outside package which will display a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). This number will be displayed on the outer box near the address and also on a copy of the invoice inside the box / package. Box up your merchandise in the original packaging if you have it. The goods should be well-packed so that we receive them in good condition. Please allow a minimum of 21 days for us to receive and process your return. We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges).


Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance:

A. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by JB Gifts and Novelties. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
B. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.


If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.


All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Support Services department within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. We asked that you take the required photos (different angles) of the broken items to substantiate a refund or replacement.

NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S. Parcel Post, Canada Post and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.


All items purchased from JB Gifts and Novelties Ltd. are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You may return anything purchased from us within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. Depending upon product availability, we will exchange or replace it with another item of equal value. If you just don’t like it or it’s not what you expected, simply return it and we will credit your Paypal account accordingly. We do not want you to have to keep anything from JB Gifts and Novelties store, which you are not completely satisfied.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your transaction through our Paypal account. The beauty of using Paypal is you can still use your credit card while keeping your information secure to you.


A. Ordering online from our store at JB Gifts and Novelties is simple. Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them individually to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you’ll be able to view the entire contents of your cart with a total dollar amount purchased so far. You will also be able to see which items are in stock and which items are awaiting replenishment. We always keep our items updated, with an expected re-stocking date. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button and proceed to the secure checkout area. Prior to finalize your transaction, you will be required to login as Member. Please login and finalize the transaction.

B. Once logged in, your final step of the checkout process will be your redirection to the Paypal website where you will login to your Paypal account and pay your shopping cart content.

Note: You can become a member without purchasing any items. By registering and becoming a member, all you will have to do on your next visit is to login first using your username and password (protected) and enter our store and select what you like and then purchase.


JB Gifts and Novelties is currently delivering orders within the United States, Canada and any U.S. territorials and states such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands. If an item can be delivered worldwide, it will state it in the listing below the description.


All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept only Paypal. We hope in the future to extend our payment gateways and customers / members will be notified.  If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Certain taxes such as the state where you are living may be applicable based on our supplier’s location.


A. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

B. For items handmade, design and colors may be slightly different than the featured image.


A. At JB Gifts and Novelties, most orders are processed and then shipped out from our warehouse via standard UPS Ground within 2 to 3 business days. Although most online orders process and deliver within 3 to 5 business days, please allow in some specific cases up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery depending on the item and location shipped.

B. When checking out, please specify a physical street address. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

C. CANADIAN ORDERS: If ordering from Canada, please indicate your phone number in the event of loss shipment and also to ensure someone will be present on delivery.  Canadian orders are delivered from our supplier from the United States through United States Postal Service (USPS) and redirected in through Canada Post. Our supplier ships from his warehouse only on Thursdays. Please plan your order accordingly.

D. Some orders originating from our U.S. Suppliers may require additional brokerage and customs fees. This information will be passed on if it is the case.

E. Some orders may require additional freight charges based on weight and volume of the item purchased. If this is the case, item description will indicate if additional freight charges may be required. In addition, certain items will only ship to Continental U.S. because of the weight and volume.
